Need

Problem:

Labor is needed to swap between unknown samples between subsequent runs of unknown samples.

Solution:

The AS202 Gas Autosampler allows for high throughput analysis of unknowns without the need for hourly attention from technicians. The oven accommodates up to twelve 500 mL or nine 1-liter sample cylinders. This capacity decreases end user's need for personnel performing repetitive time consuming tasks which saves time and money.

Problem:

Cold spots in sample introduction lines between the sample cylinder and gas chromatograph greatly affects analyte relative standard deviation (% RSD).

Solution:

The AS202 Gas Autosampler is equipped with a heated transfer line to eliminate sample condensation. This provides faster, more precise, more accurate, and more consistent sample introduction and therefore, more accurate analyte quantitation of unknown samples. Process modifications made on erroneous quantitation of analytes are costly mistakes.

Problem:

Quantitation of analytes in unknown samples due to carry over between samples leads to erroneous decision making.

Solution:

Wasson-ECE AS202 software sample acquisition parameters can be customized to eliminate carryover between unknown samples through programmable purge cycles and vacuum pump operation.

Differentiation

Heated primary oven housing 12 unknown samples

Temperature controlled up to 135°C for optimal sample conditioning and vapor pressure management.

Heated transfer line to GC to prevent sample condensation

Maintains sample integrity from cylinder to injection point.

Customizable sample acquisition and automation

Flexible software control allows for custom sampling sequences, purge times, and analysis protocols.

Universal GC compatibility

Works with any GC configured with a gas sampling valve, not limited to specific manufacturers.

Qualification

Wasson-ECE has four decades of gas chromatography experience offering our customers turn-key solutions for their lab and process floors. The AS202 gas auto-sampler was our first product and has increased the productivity and capability of our GC lab and our customers' laboratories worldwide.
